“China’s Conscience and Public Opinions Online” – The 3rd Talk

Abstract: Following the second talk on the NGOs and the civil society of both Hong Kong and the mainland, the third talk of these series activities will focus on media and the civil society of the both ends. What does the freedom of speech in Hong Kong mean to China? What kind of role does it play in the recent case of Gongmeng and Xu Zhiyong? What can be done in Hong Kong in the future, in order to pave a road to a better China? All these topics will be discussed in this talk.
